Wedding Packages

Package 1 - Starting at $500*

This package is the service for you if you intend to design your own event and book your own vendors. I coordinate the rehearsal and arrive the day of to direct the day from ceremony through reception.

Package 2 - Starting at $750*

This is a great fit for couples who want to do the majority of the planning themselves, but want a coordinator to help finalize the details and ensure their wedding day is stress free.  This package allows you to design your own event and book your own vendors (happy to offer suggestions), but would like assistance with details, create a logical timeline, serve as the vendor point of contact day of, and coordinate the rehearsal and day-of through send-off.

Package 3 - Starting at $1000*

With this package, together, we design your own event.  I am happy to offer suggestions and locate vendors. I assist with details, create a logical timeline, serve as the vendor point of contact day of, coordinate and assist with your decorations and design for the ceremony/reception, coordinate the rehearsal and day-of through send-off.

Package 4 - Starting at $1250*

This is  the service for you if you want a pro to take the reins in designing your wedding, finding the right vendors to bring the design to fruition, coordinating logistics, and executing the plans.  Decorate ceremony/reception and coordinate the rehearson and day-of through send-off.  

 

*If you need set up (tables, chairs, linens) for reception, additional $250 to any package. (effective 1/10/2024)

*Tear down and clean up, additional $250 to any package. (effective 1/10/2024)

 

 

*If ceremony and reception are at two DIFFERENT locations, an additional $250 will be added to the package for extra assistance with preparation and travel between the two.

 

*If travel to the venue is more than 100 miles round trip, there will be an additional $50 added per day traveled.   Any venue over 200 miles round trip, could require overnight accommodations.   If hotel accommodations are required, that expense will be added with only one day of travel.

 

$150 deposit due to secure date.  Deposit is non-refundable if cancelled but will apply toward the package you select.  50% of balance is due 60 days prior to event.  Any remaining balance is due on day of event.

PHOTO BOOTH RENTAL**

$200 for 90 minutes

 

$150 per hour (2 hour minimum)  

 

BRIDES BOOKING ANY PACKAGE ABOVE CAN RENT FOR PHOTO BOOTH FOR ENTIRE EVENT ... $250

 

Includes backdrop and props for your occasion.***
